I started to meditate a few months ago and it’s amazing how helpful it is at all levels.

I will show you a few tricks about how meditate and how to start this new routine.

Meditation can help us heal ailments level of body and mind, significantly improving our quality of life and allowing the connection with our inner source of happiness and peace.

So today Im gonna focuss on some of the main benefits of meditation:

Benefits of Meditation A Physical Level

Increases physical strength and vital energy levels.

It stimulates growth and regeneration processes of the body.

Reduces the catabolic process of decomposition.

Strengthens the immune system.

Improves blood circulation making it more fluid.

Our bodies are lighter and healthier.

Promotes natural relaxation of the body.

Benefits of Meditation for the Mind:

  • Stimulates ability to overcome stress, anxiety and tendency to anger.
  • Helps resolve internal conflicts and arbitrary changes in mood.
  • Increases the ability to concentrate.
  • Help to calm and helps to maintain balance and tranquility to the mind level.
  • Encourages the development of creativity.
  • Stimulates positive thought.
  • Our minds are more lucid and more focused.
  • It stimulates the development of memory and helps to improve academic outcomes.
  • Helps dissolve the attention deficit hyperactivity and balance.
  • With some practice, it becomes possible to achieve precise, focused, intense and lasting mental states.

Benefits of Meditation A Spiritual Level:

  • Help to Increase intuition and empathy with himself and with others.

  • The meditator begins to feel part of the whole, rather than a single isolated element of nature.

  • It makes us more happy and balanced people.
  • Improves ability to regulate our thoughts and emotions naturally.
  • Meditation is linked to self-knowledge so that our inner life will become more clear and deep.

Even so the main objective of meditation is the awareness of being part of all, because in reality we are all one with the universe, we just get rid of the limits of the thoughts and attitudes that prevent us to experience.
