Soon I will be posting healthy recipes and how to adapt our nutrition to our new healthy lifestyle.
Some of the recipes will be mine but I will also post remakes of dishes I found in some amaaazing healthy blogs and instagrams, this way I can show you my favourite places to search for food inspiration.
When I started to live healthier I was pretty lost about what to eat and what not.
I realise that not eating is NOT AT ALL THE SOLUTION for a fit and heathy body. much less for a healthy mind,
To eat is a basic need, we live in a body which has to be nourised, if not it doesn’t work properly and we are not happy.
SO LETS EAT AND ENJOY.
What we need is to figure out what is good for our body, what is real fuel for our body, what is real food,
Also we need to now how to distribute food, break the myths, there are tons of foods we think that are gonna make us fat when are fabolous when eaten properly and viceversa.
I know sounds like lots of work to be done, but don`t worry, here I will gather post about:
- Proper nutrition balance.
- What is bad for your body and what is a better choice to replace it?
- Recipes of breaksfts, juices, snacks, lunch, dinners,healthy food to go…
- Kitchen routines as how to deal with breakfast when we are lazy, morning rituals, cheat meals (yes, we all are prefect being imperfect), meal prep, grocery shopping or pantry basics.
…And much more! We have no limits!
