Why did I decided to create Healthy How?
We live in a wonderful world,
however I felt than instead of enjoying life we tend to live in suffering,
we hurt us and others physically and psychologically,
and therefore we are unhappy.
I was unhappy.
But somehow I realized that the power to change that situation was not outside but within me.
So I decided to move on, I decided to fight and pursue my happiness.
And it worked.
Was not easy but totally worth it.
I invite you to join me in this adventure,
I invite you to take another perspective,
to replace whatever drowns you for something that lifts you up.
It’s easier than it seems,
we just need to help each other.
How?
My change of lifestyle during this last year has shown me what we all heard at some point:
Mens sana in corpore sano,
They are inseparable, this is it.
The only way for happiness is to take care of ourselves at both levels:
Body and Soul.
And that is what HH is about.
