Express yourself!

express yourself

 I usually find that people in general have a bad time expressing their feelings, so we ignore them or try suppress them till they explote in our face.
Its like filling one of those water balloons, at some point you have to release some water, it wont be able to hold all the water of the world!
 Great so you are the balloon and your emotions are the water, either you release a bit or you will feel about to explote.
 You might think… well I could just close the balloon and keep it like that. Have you ever seen a lake of stagnant water? Se pudre.
 Life is movement, things have to flow in order to preserve equilibrium (I’ll make next post about this).   So lets  move and refresh, our water!
As a way of expression some people write, some people draw, cook, dance, run, do yoga, sing, jell, hug, laugh, play music, punch something (Something soft, please be careful), talk with someone…
Do it alone or in company. Choose the way you want it!
 There are just two rules:
1. It has to be from you to the outside! Not from you to your body and not from you to mind. It has to go out, let it go. Dont keep all that energy inside, use it to move, to create, use it for something nice.
 2. Hurt is not allowed, this means dont hurt yourself and dont hurt others. Keep it nice. Why are trying not hurting ways of expressing our feelings, the good ones and bad ones, please try it. It might surprise you.
Lets see what comes out, practice and once again observe yourself without judgements.
